Verify your Employees’ through the Canadian Criminal Records
I received a reminder from my father last week, who also happened to be the previous president of our company, before me. My father said that I should be careful in hiring new employees because there are new swindlers roaming in town, applying for jobs and doing schemes. He said that it would be dangerous to hire new employees now. However, I needed to hire new employees because five of mine resigned at the same time last week. They said they would all be migrating and I needed to find replacements right away. I was nervous; of course, I did not know what to do. There is an Employment Verification service which would deal with all those potential employees willing to work in my office.
Of course, I availed their Canadian Criminal Records service, afraid that what my father said would be true. I thought I would need to wait for a long time till the results comes out but I was wrong. The results were out and I did not need to have the potential employees wait. Apparently, I did not hire those with criminal records because they might harm the company in the future.
